  • Akash Jasani — Founder, IronGate Hospitality LLP. A hotel operations leader with 15+ years of experience, from Front Desk Associate to Pre-Opening Hotel General Manager. He drives brand standards, service recovery, front-of-house cadence, budgeting, forecasting, and hands-on execution across Rooms and F&B operations under high-accountability leadership.
  • Siddharth P. Vyas — Founder, IronGate Hospitality LLP. A commercial leader with 13+ years in hospitality sales, from Sales Executive to Sales Director, across national and international brands in Asian and European markets. He leads corporate, MICE, events and group revenue with disciplined sales-marketing-revenue alignment, pipeline conversion, pricing strategy, and profitability focus.
  • Viral — Corporate programmes, B2B and commercial operations: account development, programme design and revenue that holds up on property.
